Not only did their price come in lower than another quote- but they took care of a major plumbing issue the same day I called them. Reasonable and reliable will use again!

I engaged Khaleef to assist with hanging several reclaimed doors and a few small tasks. He has experience and was able to navigate the lack of right angles in my home. He was prompt, very cordial and diligent in his efforts. I’ll certainly be looking to him for projects in the future.

Amazing experience. I had a challenging time finding an experienced and reliable contractor and Paramount made the process a breeze. He renovated and transformed my 1 bedroom apartment into a beautiful 2 bedroom and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend and will definitely use for future projects.

Khaleef is amazing! Had him retile our entryway and half bath. He also refinished our main bathroom including floor tile, shower tile, plumbing and installation of a dual vanity. I have never worked with someone with better attention to detail and responsiveness. He also returned several times to assist with small items that I asked for. 100% would recommend and will be using them again going forward.

I had a great experience with Khaleef from the first contact. He was highly responsive with clear communication during the preliminary process. He carefully explained the processes needed as well as the problems in the building. The business side – estimates, invoices, receipts were logical, timely and complete. He did what he said he was going to do, from start to finish! And he has a respectful, nice and professional demeanor. So happy with my fixed windows. I’ll be calling for other projects right away!

We needed to get our ceiling fixed due to water damage. Many general contractors we called were not willing to do a job “that small.” I called Paramount Construction, and Khaleef came out to look at the work and gave me a reasonable estimate. We hired him and he worked around our work schedule. He was very professional and made sure we were completely satisfied, which we were! We will definitely keep him in mind for future home projects.

I recently worked with Khaleef from Paramount Construction on repairs to my front porch roof and porch railings at my property in Philadelphia, and I had a very good experience. Khaleef was responsive, professional, and helped coordinate the work needed to address city requirements and move my project forward. The repairs were done carefully and with attention to the structural concerns that needed to be addressed. He also helped with things like printing and delivering plans for the city inspector, which was extremely helpful since I live out of town. The work on the roof and railings came out solid, and everything helped move the permit process along with L&I. I appreciate his effort and would recommend Paramount Construction to others looking for reliable help with repairs and construction work.
